I use empathic listening, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts exercises to help you discover new paths to reconnect with your grounded, wise self.

I can help with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationships and attachment, intimate partner violence, chronic pain and illness, grief, dissociation, sleep issues, self esteem challenges, life transitions, questions of meaning/purpose, and spiritual conflicts or abuse.
