Transformational Breathwork

Transformational Breathwork uses connected circular breathing, intentional music, and embodied facilitation to enable participants to access expanded states of consciousness that support emotional release, insight, healing, regulation, and transformation.

Benefits of Breathwork

Breathwork allows individuals to connect with their innate wisdom and bring greater freedom into their lives and the decisions they make. It is a somatic process that helps move energy in and through the body. It allows the ego to let down defenses, releasing what it no longer needs. This enables the individual to better understand who they are, and can increase in love and self-acceptance.

At its core, transformational breathwork works because breath is one of the only automatic functions of the body that you can consciously control. This unique link between the voluntary and involuntary nervous systems gives you a direct handle on how your brain and body respond to stress, emotion, and even memory.

Science is only now catching up to what ancient traditions already knew — that breath is the bridge between body, mind, and spirit. In transformational breathwork, we use that bridge not just to cross into calm, but to rewire the patterns that keep us from living fully.

Please bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, and yoga mat. We will have eye masks available if you do not own one.
